This book began as a hobby blog from 2014 onwards which has been recently inactive (strengthendurance.net). The blog focused on telling people how he did it, what he learned through a career of exercise research, and how his fans got started down the same path!

It all began by finding out about revealing the relatively unknown findings of "HeavyHands" creator Leonard Schwartz regarding "Strength Endurance", "IsoTonOMetrics", "Panaerobics", and "LongStrength" as he came to call them towards the end of his career.

Though Schwartz had started work on an extensive book, these findings were never published, however important! Using a variety of sources, this book tries to discover them and help modern fitness enthusiasts apply them if they wish under their doctor’s supervision (see disclaimer)!

Since those early days the topics written about have branched out to write about all things related to strength endurance in some way - at least in the author’s mind! Thanks for coming along on this journey!
